Abstract
⺠PTPRD rs2279776 C allele is significantly associated with an increased ccRCC risk. ⺠Postoperative survival does not differ between rs2279776 genotype groups of ccRCC. ⺠rs2279776 C allele is significantly related to low expression of PTPRD in kidney. ⺠PTPRD rs2279776 SNP may be a novel genetic risk factor of ccRCC.
