Abstract
⺠CHO cells were engineered to carry a single human chromosome 11. ⺠Replication timing program at an R/G boundary was maintained in the CHO(h11) cells. ⺠Replication timing at the centromere was also similar to the original fibroblasts. ⺠The 11q telomere showed abnormally early replication in CHO(h11) cells. ⺠The telomere region may have a specific mechanism for regulating replication timing.
