Abstract
⺠Comparative transcriptome and proteome analysis was performed in two trifoliate orange. ⺠A total of 19,215 genes and 1664 proteins were isolated in two genotypes. ⺠16,343 splice junctions were identified in two genotypes. ⺠5698 novel transcripts were identified in trifoliate orange.
