Abstract
⺠QTLs mapped for iron and zinc using unpolished rice of 168 F7 RILs and 110 markers. ⺠Lines with up to 224 ppm iron and up to 104 ppm zinc obtained. ⺠7 QTLs each for iron and zinc identified and 4 of these were common. ⺠16 high priority candidate genes underlying or close to QTLs were identified.
