Abstract
⺠2D-DIGE and MS were used to research style proteomes. ⺠About 1500 spots were detected and 66 were expressed differently in SI apricot. ⺠About 1600 spots were detected and 143 were expressed differently in SC apricot. ⺠1 spot in Xinshiji and 3 spots in Katy were only detected after cross-pollination. ⺠Thirteen proteins were identified unambiguously in all.
