Abstract
⺠The association between serum uric acid and LRP2 polymorphism was confirmed. ⺠The association was stronger among males drinking 5 times or more per week. ⺠The interaction between drinking and the polymorphism was significant. ⺠The interaction indicates individuals susceptible to alcohol drinking.
