Abstract
⺠XRCC1 Arg399Gln was associated with glioma in a northern Han Chinese population. ⺠Arg194Trp and Arg280His were not associated with glioma in the studied population. ⺠The variant (allele A) carriers for XRCC1 Arg399Gln had an increased glioma risk.
