Abstract
⺠RH1 and RAG1 genes played a crucial role in the diversification of some cobitoids. ⺠Lineage-specific evolution on ND4, ND5 and IRBP genes were found. ⺠Evolution of some genes in cobitoids was ecological-group-specific. ⺠These two patterns of gene evolution have contributed to cobitoid diversification.
