Abstract
► myosin Va cDNA was cloned from the testis of the Chinese mitten crab E. sinensis. ► E. sinensis myosin Va is more closely related to the vertebrate myosin Va. ► The expression level of myosin Va becomes higher when spermiogenesis phase begins. ► Myosin Va mRNA may have function during spermatogenesis.
