Abstract
⺠One of PR-10 homologs, PgPR10-1, is isolated from Korean ginseng. ⺠PgPR10 showed a distinct SNP and lower sized-band compared to the American ginseng. ⺠PgPR10-1 showed enhanced resistance against phytopathogen infection in Arabidopsis. ⺠PgPR10 protein was localized into the cytoplasm and nucleus, and formed physical interaction. ⺠Gene regulation of PgPR10s against sets of ginseng fungal stresses was also observed.
