Abstract
⺠To determine IFI prevalence and associated risk factors in SLE patients in China. ⺠The most common fungal infection were Aspergillus and Cryptococcus neoformans. ⺠Lung was the most commonly involved organ. ⺠Large prednisone dose, high CRP and SLEDAI predicted poor prognosis of IFI in SLE.
