Abstract
⺠A full-length cDNA library from tender shoots of C. sinensis has been constructed. ⺠Single pass sequencing of randomly selected clones used to generate and analyze EST. ⺠15.4% ESTs had no match and were considered as novel genes in C. sinensis.
