Abstract
⺠The gene expression between MDR-TB and drug-sensitive TB were different. ⺠The genes expressed in the MDR-TB but not in the H37Rv were selected. ⺠Suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) technology was used in the study. ⺠113 positive clones were obtained and four novel sequences were identified. ⺠Identification of these genes may help to understanding of MDR-TB development.
