Abstract
⺠We examine gene expression profile of MSC in an experimental inflammatory condition. ⺠STAT2 is highly upregulated when MSC is stimulated by IFN-γ and TNF-α. ⺠STAT2 knockdown inhibits MSC-mediated T-cell suppression. ⺠STAT2 is found to be involved in the immunosuppression of MSC.
