Abstract
⺠A novel genetic structure, groES-groEL-trxA, was found in Gemella morbillorum. ⺠No CIRCE in upstream region of groE, but there was putative CtsR binding site. ⺠There were two transcripts, groES-groEL-trxA (large) and trxA only (small). ⺠Treatment of heat or diamide increased the transcription level of groES-groEL-trxA.
