Abstract
âºThe Prod 1 promoter is regulated in cultured limb cells by binding of Meis proteins. âºThe promoter has higher activity in a proximal regeneration blastema than a distal. âºThis PD difference in limb regeneration depends on two Meis sites in the promoter.
