Abstract
⺠Two variants of a phylogenetically conserved regulatory module in NGN3 (NEUROG3) target genes. ⺠Both variants consisted of transcription factors implicated in pancreas development. ⺠An additional factor present only into the module of down-regulated by NGN3 genes. ⺠Alternative protein complexes formed through protein-protein interactions. ⺠Regulatory network of the analyzed genes leading into β-cells' differentiation.
