Abstract
⺠The effects of a low dose of indomethacin on the intact human intestine were tested. ⺠Indomethacin modulates pathways other than only those that are inflammation-related. ⺠Glycolysis and oxidative stress are among the main indomethacin targets in the gut. ⺠This clarifies the deleterious effects of indomethacin on neonatal gut pathologies.
