Abstract
⺠Ions of brine solutions influence flotation separation of soluble minerals. ⺠KCl crystals can be floated with dodecylamine hydrochloride or Na dodecylsulfate. ⺠NaCl crystals cannot be floated with these surfactants. ⺠Ion specificity is significant in flotation of soluble minerals.
