Abstract
⺠Monoamines modulate sensory-mediated locomotory behavior in nematodes. ⺠Exogenous monoamines can paralyze both free-living and parasitic nematodes. ⺠Monoamine receptors are conserved in both free-living and parasitic nematodes. ⺠Monoamine receptors may be useful targets for anthelmintic design.
