Abstract
⺠We compared the proteome of antimony resistant and sensitive Leishmania isolates. ⺠Antimony resistant isolates show modified expression of key metabolic pathways. ⺠Proteins involved in oxidative stress and intracellular survival were also modified. ⺠The identified parasite proteins could serve as surrogate markers for resistance.
