Abstract
⺠Here we investigated the interaction between Lewis Lung Carcinoma cells and mast cells. ⺠We show that: Lewis Lung Carcinoma attracts mast cells in vivo and in vitro. ⺠Lewis Lung Carcinoma induces profound effects on mast cell gene expression. ⺠Lewis Lung Carcinoma induces a pro-angiogenic Runx2/VEGF/Dusp5 axis in mast cells. ⺠Mast cells express high levels of 4-1BB in response to factors released by Lewis Lung Carcinoma cells.
