Abstract

âº A 15 amino acid, IgE-binding epitope between Sta c 3 V91 and G105 has been described. âº Within the epitope, residues R100 and K101 are critical involved in IgE binding. âº Binding-enhanced epitopes were applied as biomarkers for a Sta c 3 specific IgE assay.
