Abstract
⺠Notch signaling is activated in LPS/IFNγ-stimulated macrophages. ⺠Inhibiting Notch signaling decreased the level of il12p40 mRNA and secreted IL-12p70. ⺠Inhibiting Notch signaling delayed c-Rel nuclear translocation upon activation of macrophages. ⺠Exogenous TNFα partially rescued defects in c-Rel activation when Notch signaling is suppressed.
