Abstract
⺠Targeting a protein to UFD or N-end proteasome pathway lead to in its degradation. ⺠Targeting antigen to UFD resulted in better cytotoxic response than N-end pathway. ⺠Targeting antigen to UFD or N-end proteasome pathway caused tumour regression. ⺠Co-immunization with ubiquitin-TAA and TAA resulted in tumour protection. ⺠Co-immunization with ubiquitin-TAA and TAA resulted in TH1 immunity.
