Abstract
⺠Human B lymphocyte activation through CD40 induces ROS. ⺠Viability, proliferation and Ig secretion are modulated by NAC treatments. ⺠NAC treatments involve decreased phosphorylation of STAT3. ⺠Inhibition of STAT3 with inhibitor mimics NAC-induced phenotypes. ⺠NAC modulates CD40-activated B lymphocyte homeostasis.
