Abstract
⺠CTLA4-FasL protein inhibits proliferation of activated fibroblast-like synoviocytes. ⺠CTLA4-FasL gene transfer profoundly suppressed animal model of rheumatoid arthritis. ⺠CTLA4-FasL is superior to mature FasL in suppression of adjuvant-induced arthritis.
