Abstract
⺠We demonstrate a rapid LC-MS method for profiling IgG Fc modifications and allelic variants in blood. ⺠Information is obtained at the haplotype level. ⺠IgG1, but not IgG2, afucosylation is significantly increased in a small proportion of individuals. ⺠A new IgG1 allotype was identified. ⺠Correlations between allotypes and Fc modifications are amenable for study in large populations.
