Abstract

âº Overall structure and the peptide presentation of HLA-A*0301 are comparable to HLA-A*1101. âº The overall similarity is responsible for the cross-recognition of HLA-A* 0301 and HLA-A*1101. âº The key polymorphic amono acids are responsible for their antigen-presenting properties and TCR-recognition surfaces.
