Abstract

âº Peptide presentation by MHC class II molecules influences the immune response. âº Small molecules can modulate peptide presentation by MHC class II molecules. âº These molecules are diverse in both structure and putative mechanism. âº Their modes of action and implications for therapeutic application are discussed.
