Abstract
⺠We characterized a new allergen, Asp v 13, from Aspergillus versicolor which is common on mouldy building materials. ⺠The sequence was determined by degenerate primer based PCR, inverse-PCR and RT-PCR. ⺠Recombinant Asp v 13 was then over-expressed and characterized. ⺠Asp v 13 IgE and IgG binding epitopes are reported.
