Abstract
⺠Robust reagents are required for sensitive, specific detection of Ebolavirus. ⺠Recombinant reagents have been derived from murine and shark antibody libraries. ⺠Murine scFv has specificity to Zaire ebolavirus viral matrix protein VP40. ⺠NP-specific IgNAR V reacted with Zaire ebolavirus, Reston ebolavirus, Sudan ebolavirus and Bundibugyo ebolavirus. ⺠IgNAR V was more resistant to thermal denaturation than murine scFv and IgG.
