Abstract
⺠We examined whether palatability changes as a function of taste familiarity. ⺠As expected, taste familiarity increased the amount consumed. ⺠We also found that lick cluster size increased as the taste became familiar. ⺠Results demonstrate that neophobia modulates taste palatability.
