Abstract
⺠We study behavioral responses to repeated stressors in fish using selection lines. ⺠Behavioral reaction patterns of fish to the challenges are repeatable. ⺠Novelty induces a divergent behavioral response in the selection lines. ⺠Behavioral flexibility appears to be a feature that is context-dependent in fish.
