Abstract
⺠TRPM2 currents and Ca2+ levels in glutathione depleted dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neuron were increased. ⺠N-acetylcysteine (NAC) supplementation modulated the values. ⺠The current study is the first to compare treatment with NAC to TRPM2 currents and Ca2+ influx in the DRG neurons.
