Abstract
⺠Prolame's effects on anxiety, spatial learning were studied in ovariectomized rats. ⺠Dendritic spine density and nNOS activity were assessed. ⺠Data indicate that prolame ameliorates the impairments caused by ovariectomy. ⺠Increased nNOS activity and dendritic relocation may underlie these improvements.
