Abstract
⺠TRPM2 currents, apoptosis and Ca2 + influx values in transfected cells were increased compared with controls. ⺠However, melatonin modulated the values. ⺠The current study is the first to compare treatment with melatonin to TRPM2 currents in the transfected cells.
