Abstract
⺠Repetitive rotation stimulus resulted in an upregulation of AQP1 expression in inner ear in mice. ⺠AQP1 mRNA level in the inner ear was negatively related to MS sensitivity in mice. ⺠AQP1 knockdown in the inner ear resulted in a significant increase of MS sensitivity in mice.
