Abstract
⺠First study characterising variation in chocolate eating behaviour. ⺠Individuals fall into groups of “fast chewers”, “thorough chewers” or “suckers”. ⺠Subjects retain their general pattern of eating behaviour across different samples. ⺠Standardisation of eating protocols for chocolate should be considered.
