Abstract
⺠Subjective significant emotional stimuli modulate subsequent cognitive brain activity. ⺠Cognitive and emotional processes interact but affect differentially ERP components. ⺠Cue validity interact with words distracters affecting brain activity. ⺠Neutral distracters affect mainly activation in language related brain areas. ⺠Emotional distracters affect mainly activation in emotion related brain areas.
