Abstract
⺠Multiple EB treatment effects were assessed at multiple time points in OVX rats. ⺠ISOP-induced water intake was reduced 24 and 48 h, but not 90 min, after EB. ⺠Uterine weight was increased 24 and 48 h, but not 90 min, after EB. ⺠Body weight decreased 48 h, but not 24 h, after EB. ⺠Plasma Na+ and volume were not affected by EB at any time point. ⺠Classic genomic actions of EB affect drinking, body weight, and uterine weight.
