Abstract
⺠Men had higher accuracy than women in virtual learning and perspective taking tasks. ⺠Acute stress was associated with slower response times in the two spatial tasks. ⺠Acute stress led to changes in heart rate and blood pressure (SAM activation). ⺠Acute stress did not result in changes in salivary cortisol (HPA activation).
