Abstract
⺠TNFα (administered into the 3rd cerebral ventricle) reduces food intake. ⺠Central TNFα diminishes insulin-induced anorexia in rats fed a low-fat chow diet. ⺠Central TNFα enhances insulin action in rats maintained on a high-fat diet.
