Abstract
⺠We evaluate breathing pattern in 30 obese patients before and after bariatric surgery and in 30 age-matched controls. ⺠Measurements were performed using calibrated respiratory inductive plethysmography. ⺠Breathing pattern variables were similar in obese group and in control group after surgery.
