Abstract
⺠3,5,4â²-Tri-O-acetylresveratrol alleviated histological changes in lung. ⺠3,5,4â²-Tri-O-acetylresveratrol reversed changes injury mediators. ⺠3,5,4â²-Tri-O-acetylresveratrol inhibited expression of NF-κB and HIF-1α. ⺠NF-κB and HIF-1α expression in A549 cells challenged by seawater. ⺠Correlation analysis between transcription factors and downstream mediators.
