Abstract
⺠Nucleation of gas bubbled is still enigma. ⺠Nanobubbles are formed on flat hydrophobic surface. ⺠Hydrophobic silicon wafers degassed in water and exposed to hyperbaric pressure and decompressed. ⺠As gas loading increased bubble density increased. ⺠Attraction force causes the release of a bubble at a certain volume.
