Abstract
⺠We hypothesized that airway distensibility is increased after allogeneic HSCT. ⺠Respiratory system conductance (Grs) was measured by FOT and lung density by CT. ⺠Grs showed a slight (ranging from 12 to 16%) but significant increase after HSCT. ⺠Airway distensibility with lung inflation increased and was correlated with lung density.
