Abstract
CRP and MR-proADM, but not PCT, were independently associated with cardiovascular and all-cause mortality. In patients without macrovascular diseases, CRP and MR-proADM slightly improved discrimination, in absolute sense, of patients at risk for cardiovascular mortality.
