Abstract
⺠The impact of lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) on COX-2 expression was examined. ⺠LPC acyl chain length and degree of saturation impacted COX-2 induction. ⺠Various underlying signaling pathways contributed to COX-2 upregulation.
