Abstract
⺠We examined the relationship between SDB markers and retinal microvascular diameters. ⺠Higher apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) was found to be associated with retinal venular dilatation. ⺠In contrast, there was no association between AHI and retinal arteriolar narrowing.
